PRAYER HYMN...............#2193

Lord, Listen to Your Children Praying”

UNISON PRAYER OF CONFESSION

O Lord, we confess that we do not see as you see. We confess that we struggle, sometimes, to submit to you and your purposes. We confess we often feel like the brothers of David … passed over or ignored. Other times, we feel like David himself, chosen but not yet ready. And so, we confess that is okay. We confess that we lack the faith to see you and your purpose, and we pray: Grant us faith, O Lord, to surrender to you, for you are right and good. Amen.

A Love INC client has two autistic children ages eight and four. A sandbox and swing would be good therapy for the children. The client is also in need of a lawn mower. If anyone has these items to donate, please contact Jerry Deer or Love INC at 779-1888.

We will be offering a totally gluten-free option during Holy Communion. The communion wafers contain no gluten, wheat, dairy or corn. They will be available at a serving station with a separate chalice of juice to avoid cross-contamination. We desire that the Table be open to all and hope this enables those who have an allergy to gluten to receive Communion safely and freely.

In the upcoming weeks, we still have a few openings for Chancel Flowers. The Flower Chart is in the hallway by the Church Office. The cost is only $15.
