One:..........How did you settle on play and work when you were dreaming up our lives? All:..........Why did you create for us so much freedom when you must have known that we would fail and fall? For those who attend early worship: we need your help! The Coffee Hour held immediately following the early worship service needs hosts. It is a fairly simple process. The coffee pots and cold drinks are prepared for you - just plug in the coffee. Cookies are available to be placed on serving trays. Moving the drinks and cookies to the serving table and serving the coffee is all that is needed. If you would like to bring some cookies you have prepared, that would be wonderful. Please sign-up today for this important ministry in the life of our congregation - you are needed!
Our June Loose Plate Offering will be going to camperships for Ethnic Youth (Advance #6910). We have been very generous with camperships for our own youth this last month. If you are able, please consider giving a little more so that disadvantaged/inner city youth can also attend these great camps and come to know the Lord in a personal way. What a wonderful way to reach these youths through the adventures and fun of a Christian summer camp.
The King’s Storehouse will receive our offerings of non-perishable food and paper supplies. You might also think about donating cleaning products such as detergent, dish soap, and such. These always come in handy. We will collect these supplies the first two Sundays in June.
